Boomer Bdubs doesn't count toward Impulse's Boomer move?

I went to build a deck of all Boomer characters to hopefully optimize Rare Impulse’s Boomer move, but the computer doesn’t take any Boomer Bdubs cards into account when calculating the damage the Boomer move does. I feel like since Boomer Bdubs has Boomer in his name, he should count as a “Bdubs” toward Impulse’s Boomer move damage.
