Bot removes their own string item with curse of vanishing

I don’t remember exactly who the hermit I was fighting, but once, they placed a string item on my effect card slot, and removed the same string item with their curse of vanishing, both on the same turn. I see this as an unexpected behavior and fixing it may improve their AI a little bit.
