Placing the same arena more than once

I was wondering why we were only allowed to place a specific arena or structure only once. I wanted to play the add-on with friends and make our own custom arenas but since you’re only able to place each arena once it really restricts that process. Additionally after we build around the base arena or the citrus arena it gets a lot harder to find a good arena that won’t take forever to take down and then rebuild around. I guess in summary could we be able to summon the basic arena or the citrus arena more than once? Being able to create our own arenas would be a lot of fun.
